Paula is the Director of the Economic Development Program at CIPPEC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), is a candidate for a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of San Andrés, and has a Postgraduate degree in Agribusiness from UBA.
She was a scholar of the Australian (QUT) and Japanese governments (JICA and Kobe Uni). She served as the Coordinator of the Economic Development Program at CIPPEC (2010-2015), Deputy Secretary of Development and Productive Planning (2016-2018), and Secretary of Productive Transformation (2018-2019) at the Ministry of Production and Labor of the Nation. She was the co-Chair of the Digital Economy Task Force of the G-20 (2018), an economist at the Export.Ar Foundation, and at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture of the OAS.
She has worked as a consultant in public policies for productive development, digital transformation, and G20 processes for institutions like the Inter-American Development Bank, Central American Bank for Economic Integration, Kearny, among others. She is a guest lecturer in the Governance, Political Management, and Public Administration program at the University of San Andrés.
